Fucking hate the suggestion that I should find “healthier coping strategies” for my stress and anxiety instead of smoking weed. If those strategies worked, then I wouldn’t have felt the need to turn to weed!!!
I tried “healthier strategies” for years before I ever smoked weed but I was still steadily declining in mental health. Honestly I’m pretty sure weed is the only thing that has kept me from offing myself sooner because it makes life tolerable enough. ughh life fucking sucks
