34 weeks can’t walk

I have been having prodromal labor for the past days . Very painful contractions for hrs then they go away!

Today I woke up to use the restroom and I had excruciating cramps I couldn’t even walk because it hurt so bad!

I thought maybe my bladder was full and that’s why I had this pain but after I used the bathroom I continued to have this pain when I walked … I’m laying down and the pain is less..

anyone know what this could be ?? do i need to go to the hospital? i rather go today!!

my baby shower is tomorrow😭
