Feel like I’m going crazy

So I’ve been getting faint lines on first response for a few days now. Saturday I took a test from abortion clinic that I saved and instantly you can see a faint line and on Saturday I still have a faint line on first response but seem like there getting lighter. Went to a pregnancy center just to tell me that it negative. I’ve been coming here to get my hcg levels checked because of a previous miscarriage. So I have all these symptoms and faint line and one test that looks almost strong positive to negative😩😭😭😭.

I guess I have to play the wait game or this maybe be a chemical pregnancy.

Anyone else experienced this and still were pregnant ?
