Husband does not provide

He lost his job for whatever reason I don’t know. It’s 4 months since we reconciled and moved back in together. I figured he would find a new job but nothing. He says no one is hiring although I never see him actually job hunting or even showing interest in working. All he does is DoorDash and never give me money for bills these past 4 months. We are a family of 5 so it’s ALOT. He mainly spends $50-$60 at grocery store buying juices frozen pizzas maybe a bag of cat food for our cat. I spend hundreds every two weeks. My checks are getting garnished due to him wrecking two cars in my name . I tell him this and I guess he doesn’t care. I said ok you do DoorDash why haven’t you given me at least $20-$30 for wifi bill gas bill light bill something ? He says he doesn’t have money. He gets weed and says he owes weed man his truck was messed up and he immediately got brakes fixed but never immediately helps me with bills. He says he owes the weed man and the guy who fixes his truck and that’s where his money goes. He gets mad that I’m mad that I have to pay for everything and no care from him. He doesn’t even know or ask when things are due or how much it is. Then he gets mad and yells I knew he wasn’t working before he came back which is true but I still thought he would try! 3 kids is a lot! He’s 39 there’s no reason he’s not trying to help me provide . He said it’s all about money and when he gets some he will throw it at me. I’m sick of this. He said he will move out so I don’t think he’s using me because I don’t have anything for him to use me for.
