19 DPO ( I think ) CD 34

hey just decided to come on here cause i'm really confused and could use some advice lol . I currently just missed a whole period , my period usually lasts five days and it's usually 28-29 days give or take but never a whole five days late . But I just started spotting yesterday ( CD 33 ) wasn't much but i can definitely tell it was there. I haven't been stressed about anything lately , i usually don't let things bother me . Any ideas why my period is late this cycle ?
