Need a little advice

Hi my name is Desiree I’m currently 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant.. I’m in a relationship with the father of my child but he looks at other women all the time and thinks I can’t see him going it.. it makes me uncomfortable… he’s cheated on me in the past when I was pregnant with or first child and I’m trying to trust him.. any advice on this?? Or is it me..
