Okay prep is very key! TMI- make sure you go #2 before you decide I know it sounds weird but I promise it makes a difference. Use lots and lots of lube and when you think you used a lot use a bit more run it on your SO as well as your bottom. Make sure your very relaxed everyone is different but hurt me less when I'm on my stomach or my side with one leg up. My husband is rather large down south so the slower the better. I love it! We do anal about once a week so I'm used to it now but at first it does hurt a little. Go slow, use fingers in there during regur sex. I find that if I orgasm from foreplay or vaginal sex first it's easier. Start slow and build up, use a finger then two and so on. It's much easier with lube but we have done it without if I'm wet enough or with spit and it still feels good.
