20 with PCOS, could it be cancer ?

My weird symptoms since less than a year:

(PICTURE TMI, discharges..)

• Brown/dark black/red : discharge/ spottings any time in the cycle, and after sex sometimes

• Very irregular

• long periods and with big flows And watery

• 2 years of infertility

• few sharping pain. I am not in pain everyday but when I am it's REALLY REALLY painful asf

• only pain in the right side of my belly

• weird and thick white discharges

• a lot of bloating / weight gain

• really tired theses days

• nauseas

• constipation and Diarrhea, weird metabolism...

What do y'all think...
