Blood when I wipe

I used the bathroom earlier today and noticed when I wiped there was very faint blood on the toilet paper. My period ended April 27 and I had sex may 1 and 2. Do you know why this is? We are trying to have our 4th and final baby but I’m pretty sure it’s too early to be seeing implantation bleeding unless I’m wrong? Not sure why else I would be seeing blood and it was like a reddish pink color and very faint color
