12 wks preggers need food help. Where do you buy your groceries?

Ok so I recently moved. I used to buy my groceries at publix. They weren't the cheapest but not most Expensive & had good quality. Where I love now has none :(. I'm 12 wks & find eating very difficult right now so everything counts & I HATE when I JUST bought something & go to eat it & it's alreadyyy gone bad. As you ladies know we have to be very careful about what we eat & it's freshness. I tried buying from walmart bc they have good prices, but the quality of produce is TERRIBLE! What do you ladies think? Where do you buy your groceries? Do you get certain things from one place and others from another?!

I love farmers markets as well,  all locally grown and yummy . My husband used to work on a small  apple farm and was able bring home lots of fruits and veggies . We also have a store which sells local food when it's in season.  We've also been thinking of starting a veggie garden  so we know exactly what is going into our produce .

I get produce delivered from local farms every other week, but I like to mostly get produce from a local supermarket not on your list. Check & see if Fresh Direct delivers in your area. I used them in NYC & now they are available in my area. I am planning to order from them post-delivery when I won't really want to haul baby into the store. Their produce and meats are always fresh and amazing!

I get food at natural markets and trader joes they have for the most part healthy organic food at great prices

I go to community natural and I get deliveries from spud (sustainable produce urban delivery) and sometimes I sign up for some CSA's. I always buy milk cheese and meat from local farmers.

I go to the grocery store (Winn Dixie) and sometimes Walmart but I hate the amount of people there all the time and rude employees plus some items I won't buy there.

If there's a stop and shop anywhere they are usually fresher than Walmart by a lot that's where I go I live right near it and it is all good quality

I visit farmer markets, and Ingles usually has good produce or Bilo depending on the Bilo or Ingles. I have to find the right one in a new area.
