Pregnancy announcement

I recently found out my cousin is expecting her first. She just announced it yesterday. I found we are expecting a few weeks ago with our third and rainbow baby. We are due around the same time she is. Our plan is to announce on Father’s Day. However, we will be seeing everyone on Mother’s Day. I have been extremely sick due to this pregnancy. How do I not steal her spot light? How do I hide my pregnancy with being sick? I have medication for my sickness but it doesn’t work. I don’t think she will mind that we are pregnant together. With this being her first i want her to enjoy this pregnancy.
