Ovulation after HSG

So I had a HSG done on 5/7 everything was great. MD told me to start BD CD 10 every other day. I happened for feel ovulation pain on my left side and went to go check and I got this peak just for that one moment. I BD this evening but reading so many post on here how so many people ovulated either early or late after the HSG I don’t want to miss my chance.

Just a FYI I have normal periods, I get LH surges every month CD 13 I always get my peak and it registers higher in the 80 range.
