Pain under right breast

I am 27 weeks and been having pain under my right breast. The doctors have ruled out liver, gallbladder issues, and preeclampsia. It might be heartburn, so they gave me medicine to help with it. However, it will take time for results. So until then, I am suffering until my next appointment. The pain was dull at first, and I could ignore it. Now, I don’t want to talk or move when I feel it. The pain gets worse through the day, and it radiates to my back. Is anyone else having this issue?
