Got this today! After 3 years of not being able to conceive since my first baby 4 years ago. I had nearly given up as just turned 42. Fertility specialist appointment was next week to see if I had any hope left as I was driving myself insane wondering if it would ever happen. My period was due at start of week and I had horrendous period pains and lower back pains and my boobs were on fire which I never get but period didn’t show - this did instead. Thank you god.
