Beta hcg 674 lmp dec1, 2015;isnt it low??

M 26..had four losses before...got my betahcg checked today and it was 674 and m worried that its low...i know we require a second test after 48 hours to determine the viability but still worried...any inputs will be appreciated. ..thank you
