I hate how my house smells

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and have been sick for 2 weeks now. My house smells horrendous. It’s new so it smells like new construction, it smells like my dog, it smells like my unscented laundry detergent and I hate it. I tried Lysol air freshener, peppermint diffuser, etc and I hate how those things smell too. I just want there to be no smells I’m so nauseas all the time 😭
