Abnormal discharge?? Plz help :/

Hello! This is kind of embarrassing, but I figured I would still ask. I am 8w pregnant, and every so often when I wipe I have a very faintly yellow discharge. It’s not every time I use the bathroom. I thought I had a yeast infection, but the discharge doesn’t really resemble that anymore. i had mild itching and discomfort, but the itching has stopped and it’s only the occasional slight burning sensation. I got tested for STIs in February and everything was normal, so I doubt it’s that unless there’s been infidelity on my boyfriend’s end. I’ve read so much online, everything from saying it’s normal, to STI, yeast infection, BV, and even my prenatal vitamins causing it. Has anyone else experienced this? I messaged my doctor and he said since the symptoms are mild that I can wait til my appointment next Tuesday do get swabbed, but I’m just worried.
