HELP PLEASE!!!

i think this may be herpes but i’m not too sure. i thought it was a cut from having rough and hard sex, but once i saw the bump on the lip. i automatically assumed that its herpes. not feeling anything besides this. this is my first time ever seeing this on my lady parts, so i’m going to the doctor tomorrow to get it looked at and tested for it
