Ovulation test positive or negative??
Hi! Diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago, TTC since July 2023 and haven’t ovulated in several months. Started spearmint capsules last week and had some left sided ovary pain yesterday. Took ovulation test yesterday and trying to figure out if it’s positive or negative. Very very light spotting started today. Always hard to tell if I’m ovulating with pcos. Please help!
