Period help related to weight loss

Hi guys!

Recently I lost weight and I was always at a normal body weight bmi of 21/20 now I am at a bmi of 18.7/19.

I weigh 45.5 kg sometimes I do fluctuate to 46kg but no more than that. I am 155kg, apparently my healthy weight range is 44.7-59kg. So I am in the healthy weight range but more towards the lower end.

I have struggled with eating disorder tendencies for many years but it has never effected my menstrual cycle. In February I didn’t get a period my period was late by 21 days it then came in early March and it was actually 2 days early in April.

I am currently 10 days late, when I was due for my period I felt like it was coming I had all the pms symptoms but now I honestly do not feel it coming. I am getting vaginal discharge but my everything else feels as per normal. It honestly felt as if I had a phantom period. (Negative pregnancy test btw).

I am getting concerned and I am trying to eat more now. Since January I have been doing a lot more cardio than usual, a lot of walking, running and high cardio intensity gym classes. I know with a lack of eating and high exercise this can effect my periods.

I just wanna know has anyone else ever been in a similar situation and if so what did you do to fix it? It’s just weird as I was 46 kg and my last period came perfectly normal and I was not eating a lot at the time. I’m starting to think my periods are only gonna come every 2 months. Advice is much appreciated!!
