Hey girls I was just wanting some advice.

I have an kyleena iud and I have had it for about 2 years now, I have very irregular periods and I just finished one a few days ago. I’d say the day of or day after I finished my period I had unprotected sex with my partner, we also did it quite a lot over the weekend too as we haven’t seen eachother but I’m just abit worried because I’ve had some light cramping, red ish brown discharge that also looks like blood and my boobs are quite sore. Do you think it could be implantation side effects, it’s been 3 days since we had sex last so definitely too early to test for pregnancy.
