Faint Line??

Does this look positive or am I just dreaming?? Monday & Tuesday I had some mild cramping and lower back pain. I’ve been tired all week and peeing more often than usual during the day. I’ve also been more hungry than I normally am. My left breast has some pain this morning so I decided to take a test and this was the outcome. I’ve never even gotten a HINT of a faint line on one of these tests before!! Period was supposed to come this weekend, but now fingers crossed it’s not!
