Low sex drive-marital issues

So I’m 26F and I’m married to my husband 25m and we’ve been going through some struggles lately. One of them is he wants more intimacy in the form of sex. For context, we go easily a week at a time without and it’s because I’m recovering from porn addiction. I get turned off by the idea of sex because I’m not enjoying it. It’s become a chore to me and he doesn’t want it to come from that place. He’s such a wonderful man, he treats me like a queen and I feel really guilty about not being able to meet his needs too. We’ve been having the “we should have more sex” talk for 6months plus-our problems have been on going for a year now. It’s eating at me and I don’t know what to do. I keep alcohol in the house because at least when I’m drunk I’m more fun. HELP
