Hemorroid :(

I officially have my very first hemorrhoid. Lucky me. Third pregnancy and I'm 37 + 2 weeks today. Everything I read is about how to avoid them. But I want to know how to treat them now that I have one! I really want to get rid of this before labor. How long does treatment usually last before they're gone?
