Blood thinners , new pregnancy and bleeding

I had a miscarriage in January at 7wks at which the same time the found a blood clot in my groin area . I’m prescribed xarelto now and yesterday and today I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. This morning I also woke up to some bleeding. I’ve been wearing a pad all day ( sorry for tmi ) and have a bleeding here and there . It’s a combo of light pink and red . I was wondering if anyone else has been on blooding thinners and had some bleeding and still had a successful pregnancy?
