Preparing for labor
32 weeks and am officially starting to prepare my body for labor. This will be my 5th birth and am planning on going all natural again. The last 2 pregnancies I drank RRBL tea, ate dates, stretches daily on yoga ball, walks (longer walks closer to my due date), and refreshened up on my breathing techniques. Just curious to see what other mommas are doing to start preparing their bodies for labor? Also, if anyone has taken/used evening primrose? I thought about starting that 36 weeks is when my midwife recommended but last pregnancy I delivered @ 36 weeks and didn’t have a chance to give it a try.
