Very first iud.. will he feel it?

Question

Got my very first iud insertion this week and they said I would have spotting up to 6 months but does that mean I’ll be bleeding everyday for 6 months? Should I wear a tampon or pad everyday? It’s been 4 days now since I’ve gotten it and I’ve been bleeding so idk if this will mean the bleeding will occur every single day or not 
Also, 
Will my partner feel the iud during sex? I’m afraid if he does it will be uncomfortable to have sex

Which IUD? 
I had mirena and paragard. With mirena, I bled a little heavier than spotting for a couple days after it was put in, then I had normal periods for a couple months before it stopped them completely for the rest of the time I had it. With the paragard, I had some light bleeding again for about a week, then I had a couple months of heavy bleeding during my period, a couple months with no period and maybe a day or two randomly of spotting, and finally three months straight of heavy bleeding every single day before it shifted and it had to be removed. 
It’s unlikely you’ll bleed every day for 6 months but our bodies can be crazy lol. 
My husband did feel the strings of both IUDs for the first couple weeks until I went back to have it checked and the strings shortened both times. The strings will soften and curl up over time. As long as my husband didn’t just ram into me, it didn’t hurt him.
