Birth pain

What does pushing a baby out feel like? I have 2 kids but I've gotten an epidural both times and I didn't feel anything whatsoever. Contractions, pressure, nothing so I really have no idea what it feels like, I know people say it feels like you're taking a poop or it burns but is it as bad as cervix pain you get during pregnancy? lol feels like I'm being stabbed sometimes and it hurts so bad 🥲
