Symptoms completely gone at 7 weeks

Hi everyone I’m trying my hardest not to freak out, since yesterday I notice my symptoms have completely gone away. I had nausea, really bad sore boobs, excessive amount of saliva, migraines, tired.

Yesterday mid day they just completely stopped. I felt 10000% amazing. Which terrified me.

I do not have nausea, no saliva now, my breast aren’t full anymore and are actually going back down.

Has this happened to anyone?

I went in at 6 weeks and saw baby with heartbeat. My next appointment isn’t for another 4 weeks, I’m not sure I can wait that long..
