Implantion or period?

My “period” started the 24th which is when my prior app told me I would start around. My period was a brown color which i know can be old blood. I only bleed til the 26th but since starting my period I did not have a flow, I had little speckles of blood on my pad and that was it I didn’t even need it, but the entire I was “bleeding” it stayed brown but only time I saw blood was when I wiped and it was very little and the speckles on my pad. Is that still a period, or could i be experiencing implantation bleeding? I also got on depo last year in July and stopped this year in February but had a normal period in July before starting depo. So unsure if that could also be a factor🙂
