NT Scan Help

Has anyone had a similar experience here ?

I’m 13 weeks.

Nt scan done today the fold measured 3.6mm which apparently is higher than they would like ? And also no nasal bone was detected. I’m going for a blood test called Panorama ? And also a repeat ultrasound with an amniocentesis in 2 weeks. Im so anxious and upset and of course thinking the worst.

I have two healthy girls at home and this will be my boy. I’m not concerned about Down syndrome because that wouldn’t change anything for me but I’m worried about more serious issues.
