A little TMI-Late period

Ok, my period is never more than 3 days late and is always like clockwork. I am now FIVE days late, but my breasts are tender and I sometimes feel like those little phantom pre cramps that let me know my period is about to start. My period also only ever lasts five days so I’m now terrified, I am getting married in four months and we always use protection. I have been really stressed out recently and figure that’s why my period is delayed, but I’ve never had it be this late. Should I take a test?
