Sad to see period coming in every month .. been almost a year trying for my second

My first one is turning 5 and have been trying for second pregnancy for almost a year now. First one happened in a month so never thought second one could be this tough. Are there any mommas out here who conceived successfully naturally the second time around after a long gap? Just hoping for some positive responses 🙏🏻

Also I am 35 now so age is another factor, but healthy otherwise and quite active too.
