i am experiencing sore nipples and idk if i’m hallucinating but breasts look slightly bigger. i spotted for one day followed by 3 day period of red blood however i didn’t notice any clots/clumps which is quite unusual for me. i have exams going on so i maybe stressed but i had sex once in my last fertile window and it was protected.

could i still be pregnant?
