Had a miscarriage in October, 8 weeks. Have been trying to conceive since then without luck. I’m on metformin and my fourth cycle of letrozole. We’ve been trying for over a year. I’ve tried inisotol, progesterone cream, black cohosh, even cold medicine but nothing seems to work. Have eliminated caffeine, lost weight, <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a>. I don’t know how to not give up hope. Lately, the pain of not being able to conceive feels unbearable. How do you guys handle this? Any advice welcome.
