6 dpo and acne

So I am prefacing this by saying I do not think this is an early symptom, I realize it is too early for anything.

But, does anyone get acne 4-5 days after you ovulate? I hardly ever break out, yesterday I woke up with a pimple on my cheek, today I woke up and I have another one above the one on my cheek, and now one on my forehead. It is driving me crazy. They are just small, and don't hurt, just a nuisance! Just curious if this is going to happen every cycle.
