People spot for many reasons, if you are worried definitely see your provider but some women spot their whole pregnancy. And it looks like old blood to me

I would say just get checked to be sure. 
My first pregnancy I had spotting. There wasn’t a reason. Just spotting. Sometimes it happens. My current one I haven’t had any spotting.

No. Bleeding of any kind is not normal during pregnancy.

No. No bleeding on pregnancy is normal. Call your OB. It could be many things (untreated uti, cervical irritations from constipation/pooping, SCH…etc).
