Im in the trenches

Anyone else have a baby that cries so much? I’m deep in the trenches with 3 kids 😣 I feel like I don’t dedicate enough time to my oldest 2 because I’m with my youngest he’s 7 months and still wakes up every hour or 2 at night. I’m not sure what’s wrong with him, he is congested but he cries even more when I try to suction the boogers out, I can tell it’s painful even with saline mist. The dr said to just give Tylenol when needed. I noticed he also doesn’t burp after I feed him so I bought some gas drops today hoping that will help if that’s the problem. He’s a light sleeper at home but he’ll sleep through the music at parties. So maybe I should get him a white noise machine ?
