To have sex or to not have sex??

Do you ladies have sexy everyday of your fertile window or every other day? I'm hearing so may different opinions. Which worked for you if you have conceived already? TIA!

We BD'd every day of our fertile window in the month we got pregnant. If the male partner has sperm motility and low sperm count issues it's better to BD every other day.

I try to do a day before my fertil window and every other day. My SO smokes 😩 so I want to give his swimmers the best opportunity 💪🏽 not a doctor so I don't know if this makes sense lol
