Okay so I had sex near the time I get my period, then I got my period for tht month, but now I’m 4 days late and I have light cramps but no blood. Should I get a pregnancy test? Is it just late?

If you had your period, then no, you wouldn’t be pregnant from sex happening prior to it. How are you determining that you’re 4 days late? If it’s just based on the app, the app merely guesses, and cycles can vary in length.
