No idea…

I honestly have no idea what is going on this cycle… I have not had a cycle this long since 2019… I’m not sure what is causing it! I have been testing and they are all negative.. I have been cramping for well over a week.. did I even ovulate?.. or did I ovulate later then the app suggests?. So frustrated and confused
