Can I have pcos ?

It’s hard to read but shows over 20 follicles on each ovary. I did however have a healthy baby (only using baby aspirin and progesterone) after this ultrasound. However since I have gotten my period back I spot between periods (this has been an issue for years). I donno why! I did have a leep done a few months ago (thought maybe that was the answer) but I am still spotting ..
