I have no friends so let me just drool over here lol

Ok so I had a gas installation check going on in my apartment today. Now my apartment is good but it's not big, so I was around the entire time.

So this guy called me 20 minutes ahead to let me know he was on his way.. He sounded cute but young.. Girl let me tell you when he got here.. he was hot.

I mean.. seriously hot. Not flaunting it, his shirt was not tight at all, but you could see his broad shoulders a mile away. In a good way because I usually don't like the overly muscular men, but this seemed natural, from working, not from working out. idk... And the dialect he spoke.. just made me feel at home to be honest.

For once I also wasn't actually as weird as I usually am.

We had a good conversation but I had made myself busy to not be staring at him the entire time 😅

He was also from the city I grew up in and a firefighter. He's single and just bought himself a house, by himself, in the place I grew up which is by the way an incredibly expensive area, but he had to stay near the station for the firefighter job.

He was kind and respectful and it just shows good character to be a firefighter, I guess..

I feel maybe a bit too old for him (I'm 31, he's 24) and I would likely never hear from him again but I'm kinda drooling over him..

I think he mostly restored my faith, I guess..

He seemed like a nice guy, his life in order, good character, good conversationalist.. (and hot, did I mention that?) and he was single..

I've been worried, since I've been single, that all the good men would be taken, it seems some are still available, and that's really nice.

(I do have a bff but if I tell her this.. she would pester me and probably go find him for me and I really don't want that 😂🤣)

He's actually not that hard to find, his full name was on the receipt and I had a common friend with him on Facebook. (I was curious as his last name was very familiar to me)

I do have his number and he has mine.. I didn't really feel a "romantic" click between us like that though.. I did appreciate him 😅😅

I have been thinking about dating, mostly my chances of finding someone, but I don't feel ready just yet either way.

I understand that not every man will be taken, but sometimes you'd think there's a reason someone is single. This guy's issue seems familiar enough, he felt similar to my bff when I was 15-21 (that's a whole other story 😊)
