Husband wants permission to have sex with other people

I made some mistakes. I fucked up. I lied to my husband and now I'm facing several felonies all leading up to 15 years in prison. I have asked my husband if I get charged will he still be with me because he's already upset I lied to him and he said he needs time to think. After thinking he said he doesn't know. 15 years is a long time. I broke trust, and he doesn't see himself wanting to go that long without any type of physical intimacy. He asked if I go to prison and we decide to stay together would I be ok with him having sex with someone. As long he's safe. I know I made many selfish decisions. And maybe it's selfish to want my husband to go 15 years without sex. But the thought of him being with someone else kills me. If you were going to be in prison for years would you want your partner fucking someone else?
