Tearing in 2nd, 3rd birth?

Question

I am currently planning a third baby and am terrified of tearing and hoping someone can ease my mind and share their story. Even better if you had fast births!
History:
1st birth - 2.5 hours from first contraction to birth. Episiotomy that healed well but was very sore initially 
2nd birth - 1.5 hours from first contraction to baby. Between a 1st and 2nd degree tear, midwives couldn’t decide but it was very mild. Baby born on the way to hospital so no warm compress etc

I was induced with my first 2, labors we’re about the same length all together . But with my first I pushed for an hour . With  my second I only pushed for 5 minutes maybe. I can’t remember which one but dr said I had a paper cut size tear but didn’t need stitches for either .

I’ve been induced with all 3 babies so far. My first & second had long labors, but came out very fast when it came to pushing. About 3-5 mins for both. I had very minimal tearing, but I did tear with the first two, I believe I needed 2 stitches each time. With my third, I was stuck pushing for about 30-40 mins. It was awful.. but I didn’t tear with him at all & didn’t require any stitching.

Daughter and 1st son I ended up with 2nd degree tears. Daughter because she came out face up, 1st son because he came so damn fast he just re-tore everything she had prior. Same spot and all, just 3 1/2 years later. 2nd son, he was our biggest weight wise but our smallest physically (only one that fit preemie outfits. He was our unexpected 37 weeker.) I had barely over a 1st degree tear with him, but they still stitched me just to be safe. It only really hurt with our daughter though, for weeks. I didn't really notice it as much with the boys. Just the limitations that bothered me. (For reference 5 cm to pushing went like this DD 1 1/2 hours, S1 about 30 mins, S2 15 mins.)

My first labour was complicated.. had to have forceps delivery in 8 hrs.. then my second was 2 hrs after my water broke and i was having back to back contractions.. i ended up having baby at home with my husband deliverying him.. a home delivery was much better than a hospital one.. and ur in ur safe place.. i ended up having 2nd degree tears with both but hardly felt it with everything going on.
