Exercise junkie

Can anyone help or advise me. I just found out I pregnant and due in September. I currently attend a gym circuit class 4 mornings a week. This class ranges from weight circuits to hiit training. Can anyone recommend is it still safe to continue this? Some of the workout includes burpees, jump squats, jump lunges and box jumps. I don't want to tell instructor just yet as others in group will find out and it is just too early to be telling people. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
