How are your husband's, SO's, Partners doing?

I sat my husband down last night to figure out if I could work part time once our baby is born. I am full time currently, but with daycare I wouldn't bring home much money. He didn't say much, but I can tell he is terrified of being left alone with the baby. My work requires me to work every other weekend so he would be by himself. This is my 2nd child so I know what to expect he is clueless.
