Why can’t I get pregnant????? I have been trying since I was 18 on and off now. I am now 25 years old and still no baby. I found out about a year ago I have PCOS and was told it would make it harder to have a baby but not impossible. I see lots of people with PCOS having babies. If any one has any advice that may help please please comment!

You need to see an OBGY-REI not just a regular OBGYNE. REIs/ infertility specialists are more in depth when dealing with these matters & would get down into the issues. Get all your labs done. Thyroid hormone tests, HSG, viral infection tests, semen analysis for ur partner. The only way to get pregnant is by finding what needs to be addressed.

I highly suggest getting all of the tests done. Your partners sperm needs tested, along with his blood tested to check for vitamin deficiencies. you should probably get a shg and an hsg to see the tubes and uterus. You need a whole blood panel to test all your hormones and vitamin levels. Theres so many things that can be in the way of concieving. Once you find out the root cause, you can get a game plan to correct it. Good luck!

The one regular thing i see with ladies who have pcos is weightloss and bam theyre pregnant. Ive seen it a lot in my personal life with friends and family.

losing weight could very well play a role in it. I was almost 200lbs and went to 130 and became pregnant instantly after losing the weight. We tried for three years prior with no success. I went on a weightloss journey and became pregnant. I’m not saying you need to lose weight but i’ve been told with pcos losing weight can help.

I started trying at 17 and didn’t get pregnant until 23 while working with a fertility clinic. Also have PCOS. My cousins has PCOS and had 4 pregnancies back to back. It’s completely different for everyone.
