Opinions please

Im 37 weeks and 6 days. Yesterday i was sent to the hospital after my ob appt because ive been sick the past 2 weeks with diarrhea and nauseous. I had keytones in my urine because the baby is taking from me because i cant hold food down well lately. I had to stay and get 2 liters of fluid through iv. Today ive been eating but when ever i drink water the diarrhea wont stop and i keep getting heart burn that is making my mouth taste like blood. I feel like with all the diarehea i have the fluid wont stay so idk if i should call the mudwife or not..
