Too tired to see me but okay enough to see his friend

Lately I’ve just been way irritated w my “bf”. Like as usual everything was great in the beginning but definitely had went downhill. So he stays about an hour away. We see each other on the weekends. So we said I would start coming over on Tuesdays since it’s my day off, I’d drive over to him. We had plans today to go bowling, so I ran my errands I needed to early and got dressed so I could be ready around the time to leave. But then he says his job had him driving a doing a lot today l and he was tired when he got off.. So then he’s slow texting, I’m thinking he’s sleep and he’s like “I just finished my show” ok, whatever. So then two hours later he’s like “I’ll call you when my friend leaves” but he’s been saying ALL DAY how he is so tired from work. But wants to call me at the a** end of the day with dry convo. Didn’t even talk about ANYTHING, probably because I was pissed. Would you be irritated?
